The Pretox Box is designed to reduce your fixed diet under the guidance of juices. You prepare your body for a detox juice treatment of several days. Not planning to detox? This fruit and vegetable juice composition can also be used as a healthy supplement to your current daily diet.
With a pretox you can prepare your body well for a juice cure. It is an accessible way to adjust your daily diet and start cutting back on calories. You can choose to include three eating moments with light food during the day, in addition to the pretox. In this way you get used to the tastes of the juices and prepare your body to learn to function on liquid food. The pretox contains a combination of 9 juices and shots that support you in preparing for a juice cure. With the help of a pretox you reduce your intake of (processed) food to optimize the transition to a juice cure and to reduce the chance of detox symptoms.
It is recommended to reduce and avoid certain products before and during the juice cure. Think of alcohol, caffeine containing products, red meat, dairy and products with added sugars and sweeteners. A variety of vegetables has been specifically selected to increase vitamins and minerals and to guarantee your body of healthy nutrients in the meantime.
Both days you start the day with a vitamin C shot. This shot provides a healthy boost in the morning. The juices based on fruit and vegetables provide you with various vitamins, minerals and antioxidants. In addition, the juices with lemon juice and coconut water provide extra hydration. This is important for healthy skin and for the elimination of waste products.
The pretox is the ideal way to prepare your body and get it used to the juices. It provides you with extra nutrients that your body desperately needs in the days before, during and after the detox. With the box you will receive a manual that indicates exactly when you can drink the juices and shots.

If you order before 1400 your order will be delivered in 2-3 days. We do not deliver on Sundays. If you order on Sunday, your order will be shipped out on Monday.
You will receive a Track & Trace in the evening (usually around 23.00).
If you have not followed a detox treatment before, we advise you to choose the beginner's treatment. It lasts 3 days. The 7-day detox course is a heavy test for mind and body. If you have little or no experience of following a juice cleanse, we therefore recommend you start with a 3-day juice cleanse and build up from there.
Because of the unique HPP process, the juices can be kept for 8 - 15 days. If you freeze the juices, you can keep them for up to 90 days.
Yes, you can. When you freeze the juices, they can be kept for up to 90 days. However, it is not recommended to freeze the juices again after defrosting them.
On our sales page you will find products with a blue zero waste label. These products have a shelf life of at least 4 days when shipped. If you freeze the juices, you can keep them for another 90 days. This way we prevent our juices with an expiring THT from having to be destroyed. Take advantage of it!
During detoxification, weight loss can indeed occur. But don’t consider yourself lucky. During a detox or juice treatment you mainly lose muscle mass, not fat. Moreover, the kilos lost during the detox can come back later. We do not recommend Dr. Blend juice cures solely as a way to lose weight. The detox – following a juice cleanse – is intended to cleanse, give your intestines a rest and reset your body and mind. What often helps is to start with a review of your diet. Then adapt that diet in a feasible way, do (extra) sport and make sure you eat less sweets. Set goals and weigh yourself at fixed times. All this should bring you closer to your target weight.
