Our veggie box is a 3-day juice cleanse and contains 18 juices with a high percentage of vegetables and 9 shots. The detox program gives you something to hold on to during your 3-day detox.
Cutting your own vegetables and blending juices is no longer necessary. We have combined the best vegetables for you and put them in one box.
This 3-day juice cure is the ideal starter to increase your vegetable intake and also to break unhealthy patterns.
With this 3-day veggie box you will detox for three full days. You will do this with the help of various vegetable juices such as carrot juice, beetroot juice and various green juices including cucumber, celery and spinach. You start the day with a turmeric shot to support your digestion. Our ginger shots are also part of this juice cure. They stimulate the absorption of nutrients and contain many antioxidants. The flavour intensity of this box based on vegetables is stronger than for instance our DetoxBox, to which more fruit has been added. The 3-day Veggie Cleanse Box is low in calories and, compared to the DetoxBox, contains less fruit sugar.
This juice cure is focused on intensive detoxing and increasing your vegetable intake. It is a true boost of vitamins, minerals, antioxidants and phytonutrients. What is a detox?
Detox is a term that has many meanings. Some people think of detox as a detoxification, others think of it as a time of fasting. With detoxification, you can help your body to optimise the detoxification process. Every day, your body eliminates “toxic” substances with the help of the organs. With a detox, you provide your body with as few harmful substances as possible in order to eliminate waste. A detox is therefore often seen as a fresh start to achieve your goals. This may involve giving your body a rest, losing weight or adopting a healthy lifestyle. A detox is one way that can help you do this. It also gives a lot of satisfaction after going through a detox.
How many days do I need to start with?
If you are not yet experienced with juice cures, we recommend starting with 1, 2 or 3 days. It depends on your motivation and your goal. Do you want to try it once and see which juice cure suits you? Then choose a detox combi juice cure. It contains both vegetable and fruity juices. Everyone has different tastes and challenges. A one-day juice cure will not give the same results as a three-day juice cure. Consider your wishes and decide for yourself what is possible. If this is your first experience with detoxification, follow the instructions carefully, which tell you exactly how to prepare for a detox juice treatment. The manual also tells you exactly when to take each photo and juice.
Will I lose weight with a detox?
It is possible to lose weight through juice fasting. However, the amount varies from person to person. In addition, the number of days of the juice cure is also decisive. With a one-day juice cure, you receive fewer calories for one day, but this has no direct effect on your weight. If you opt for 3, 5 or 7 days, it is possible to lose weight. After the juice cure, remember to slowly resume and, if necessary, adjust your lifestyle if the objective is to lose weight. A juice cure can be a start to losing weight.

If you have not followed a detox treatment before, we advise you to choose the beginner's treatment. It lasts 3 days. The 7-day detox course is a heavy test for mind and body. If you have little or no experience of following a juice cleanse, we therefore recommend you start with a 3-day juice cleanse and build up from there.
We strongly advise against detoxing in combination with medication. For medical issues we would like to refer you to the medical specialist you are being treated by. Side effects during detox vary from person to person. Some people get a lot of energy, while others experience a low energy level. Some people sleep less well, suffer from muscle aches, headaches, cold or chills.
Our Detox Boxes are specifically designed to detox and help cleanse the body. Our DetoxBox contains juices with a high fruit percentage, our Veggie Cleanse Box contains juices with a high vegetable percentage and our Combi Box is a combination of our DetoxBox and Veggie Cleanse Box juices. A detox is a good step towards a healthy lifestyle or to maintain a healthy lifestyle. A Vita Box serves to supplement vitamins and minerals from your daily diet. Not everyone wants to follow a detox. Then the Vita Box is a very good box to use. The idea is to eat normally while using the Vita Box.
Because of the unique HPP process, the juices can be kept for 8 - 15 days. If you freeze the juices, you can keep them for up to 90 days.
Yes, you can. When you freeze the juices, they can be kept for up to 90 days. However, it is not recommended to freeze the juices again after defrosting them.
On our sales page you will find products with a blue zero waste label. These products have a shelf life of at least 4 days when shipped. If you freeze the juices, you can keep them for another 90 days. This way we prevent our juices with an expiring THT from having to be destroyed. Take advantage of it!
During detoxification, weight loss can indeed occur. But don’t consider yourself lucky. During a detox or juice treatment you mainly lose muscle mass, not fat. Moreover, the kilos lost during the detox can come back later. We do not recommend Dr. Blend juice cures solely as a way to lose weight. The detox – following a juice cleanse – is intended to cleanse, give your intestines a rest and reset your body and mind. We are not dieticians or nutritionists. What often helps is to start with a review of your diet. Then adapt that diet in a feasible way, do (extra) sport and make sure you eat less sweets. Set goals and weigh yourself at fixed times. All this should bring you closer to your target weight.
