Safety first
Our services continue. The safety of our couriers, customers, and the consumers are our top priority. This takes precedence over everything. We follow all advised measures from the National Institute for Public Health and the Environment (RIVM) and the GGD. Below are the other measures we apply.
Our measures
No signatures
The GPS stamp remains, so we can still see at which exact location and at which time an order has been delivered.
Non-contact delivery
The driver will ring the doorbell and place the package by the door, he will then keep his distance until you take the package inside. Not home? We will try the same procedure next-door.
Delivery times
Please note! We will continue to deliver our products 6 days a week. We request your understanding in the event an order is not delivered within the desired timeframe.
